I recommend that you update to Delcam Exchange 2016 R3 (8.4.1004 64-bit) by following these steps:
(1) Start Delcam Exchange 2015 R4 (8.1.1003 64-bit).
(2) Select the
Help > Check for Exchange Updates menu option. A message box is displayed stating: "
This is OLDER than the latest downloadable version (2016 R3)".
(3) Click the download link in the message box. The
Delcam Exchange Download page is displayed in a new browser window.
(4) Click the
Download button to download the
Exchange_2016_R3_CR_8.4.10_841004_201512_full.exe file.
(5) Right-click the
Exchange_2016_R3_CR_8.4.10_841004_201512_full.exe file and select the
Run as administrator context menu option to install Delcam Exchange 2016 R3 (8.4.1004 64-bit).
(6) Return to Delcam Exchange 2015 R4 (8.1.1003 64-bit), click
OK to close the message box, select the
File > Exit menu option, then click
Yes to shut it down.
Please confirm if you encounter the same results after updating to ArtCAM Insignia 2015 R2.SP1 (64-bit build 830) and Delcam Exchange 2016 R3 (8.4.1004 64-bit). Thanks in advance for your time and cooperation.
