Welcome to the ArtCAM Forum! What version and build of ArtCAM JewelSmith are you working in? To confirm this, select the Help > About ArtCAM JewelSmith menu option in your ArtCAM JewelSmith software. For example, ArtCAM JewelSmith 2015 R2.SP2 (64-bit build 848).
