Error Message to update sentinel hardware key

Hi Zach,

Welcome to the ArtCAM Forum!

What version and build of ArtCAM are you working in? To confirm this, select the Help > About ArtCAM menu option in your ArtCAM software. For example, ArtCAM Pro 2015 R2.SP1 (64-bit build 830). Please attach the screenshot of the About window stating the version number and build details to your next reply.

If you require the support of the forum community, I recommend that you register as a Verified ArtCAM User as soon as possible.

As I can see your profile referring your Dongle number, please can you check and try few things mentioned below,

1) Whether the hardware Dongle is connected to the computer on which you are running ArtCAM and the Dongle light is blinking?

2) If yes and still your system is not recognizing it then try re-installing the sentinel Drivers (v7.5.9) for the Dongle again by going here

Please make sure you unplug the Dongle while installing the drivers. After installing the Drivers re-plug the Dongle. To check whether your system had detected the Hardware key go to Device Manager --> Universal Serial Bus Controllers and see if "SafeNet USB SuperPro/UltraPro" is listed as shown in the attached image. If it is, then try running ArtCAM and I hope you will be up and running ArtCAM.
